As a 3:00 marathon pacer, precision isn't just a goal—it's my responsibility, I have to stick to a plan and help others hit their target times. ENGO is perfect for that. During the LA Marathon, I paced a 3:00 group, and I used ENGO to monitor our splits, heart rate, and pace in real-time.

What made this possible was seeing my real-time metrics without breaking stride. When you're responsible for guiding others to their goals, that constant awareness is invaluable. I could coach my group, maintain engagement, and make micro-adjustments without ever glancing at my watch. Instead of the mental fatigue from constantly checking my wrist, I stayed in a flow state where my mind and body worked in perfect harmony.

For pacers especially, ENGO isn't just convenience—it's transformation. I now approach every marathon with the confidence that I can execute complex pacing strategies while staying present for those depending on me.

Everything runners ask, answered.

Will I even notice a difference?

The engo3 uses fixed tinted lenses (category 3), perfect for very sunny conditions. The engo3 Photochromic features photochromic lenses that automatically adapt to light levels (cat. 0 to 3), making it ideal for changing light conditions.
